Sie liegt im \u00e4u\u00dfersten S\u00fcdosten der Provinz L\u00fcttich s\u00fcdlich von Sankt Vith im Tal der Our. Die Gemeinde liegt in der belgischen Eifel, \u00f6stlich des Plateau des Tailles, der mit 652 m h\u00f6chsten Erhebung der Ardennen. Im Osten liegen die Ortsteile Auel, Steffeshausen und Weweler im Tal der Our. Der Ort Reuland mit der namengebenden Burg liegt im Tal des Our-Zuflusses Ulf, der mehr als drei Viertel der Gemeinde entw\u00e4ssert. Im Nordwesten des Gemeindegebietes entspringt der Our-Zufluss Braunlauf, der den Westen der Gemeinde St. Vith entw\u00e4ssert.
